Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients for the broccolini sauce (gochujang, olive oil, salt and rice wine vinegaand mix well.
Place your broccolini in the bowl and toss it around in the sauce making sure to coat it all. Now place your broccolini on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes until it is cooked and begins to caramelize.
Next, in a large bowl, add all of your ingredients for the pasta sauce except for the green onions.
Mix well. When your pot of water comes to a boil, salt it and add your pasta and cook according to the manufacturers instructions for al dente, usually 4-5 minutes.
When ready, reserve 1 cup of your pasta water and drain your pasta. Add it to your bowl with the sauce and toss well. If it looks dry, add some pasta water and toss again.
Remove the broccolini from the oven. Scoop out your pasta into individual bowls and place the broccolini on top of the pasta.
With a spoon, scoop up remaining sauce from your large bowl and drizzle that over your broccolini and pasta. If using green onions for a garnish add them. Enjoy!
