Poppadoms were just made for tonight’s Indian Curry Dinner. We absolutely love these in our house! These are made from Indian lentil flour so they are a healthy side to add to your meals. Although not traditional, we use these in place of Naan to scoop up our curry and it really adds such a great crunch to each bite. You can make these from scratch or buy them ready to cook (aka rapidly grow before your eyes) in the microwave, broiler or fried. We buy the package from the store and it is super easy.  I just place 1 paper thin disc at a time in the microwave for 30 seconds each and done! I repeat this until I have enough for our meal (usually 3 per person).  Super easy and tasy❤️
